Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for the full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in, repairing and improving vacant and occupied units, completing resident service requests, and performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks. Also performs preventative maintenance, move in/move out inspections, inventory management for parts, shop organization, grounds and exterior upkeep, and adheres to fair housing policies. Requires 1-3 years of general maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED; must be able to lift 50 pounds and accommodate a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call.
