Job Summary
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment, determine scheduled maintenance dates, and perform preventative maintenance on CNC machining centers, saws, compressors, and finishing facilities. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, disassemble machines to replace defective parts, and assist with part assembly and production requirements when needed. Proactively arrange repairs during breakdowns and suggest improvements to anticipate issues. Requires maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical systems, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with precision measuring instruments. Offers training on CNC machine operations and control systems.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance experience with Electrical and Mechanical systems
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to disassemble machines, equipment, or devices and replace defective parts
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, repair manuals, or component data sheets
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
- Attention to detail is required
