Job Summary
Maintain the physical asset of multi-family housing properties in Le Sueur, MN. Responsibilities include building systems maintenance, unit repairs and reconditioning, drywall repairs, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, grounds care, and snow removal. Must have maintenance or repair experience (preferably in property management), be able to lift up to 100 pounds, pass a criminal background check, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. Must handle confidential information and be available for after-hours emergencies as needed. Salary is commensurate with background and skill, with full-time benefits package offered.
