Job Summary
Experienced maintenance technician needed to maintain the physical assets of multi-family housing properties in Luverne, MN. Day-to-day duties include building systems maintenance, unit repairs and reconditioning, drywall repairs, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, and grounds care including snow removal. Must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds, pass a criminal background check, and be available for after-hours emergencies. Required Qualifications
- Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
