Maintenance Technician ll

Maintain safety, functionality, and cleanliness of fitness equipment and facilities; perform preventive maintenance and repairs; manage CMMS work orders; coordinate outsourced projects by reviewing pricing and approving contracted jobs; inspect and prioritize repairs to minimize disruption to members; assist in maintaining equipment and the Maintenance Log; oversee inventory and order supplies as needed; travel within the market for training sessions and department meetings; contribute to Chuze Kindness in member-facing areas; complete administrative tasks such as email management and communication.
