Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, forging presses, and heat treating furnaces to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production operations. Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while executing scheduled PM tasks and documenting completion in the CMMS system. Follow all OSHA policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and 5S standards to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with production operators, supervisors, and engineers to evaluate damaged equipment and implement cost-effective repairs or replacements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing plant
- Strong Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes and conveyors
- Ability to evaluate condition of damaged mechanical equipment and make recommendations for repair or replacement
- Ability to work in teams that include production, quality, supervisors and engineering
- Ability to provide technical support and services to engineers
