Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and structural components to ensure safe, efficient operation of building facilities. Responds to emergency maintenance requests, uses precision measuring tools, fabricates repair parts, and utilizes forklift, hand and power tools. Maintains equipment and building infrastructure, communicates actively with team and management, and adheres to SOP/SSOP/GMP and safety standards. Preferred qualifications include maintenance/VOCational training in HVAC and safety certifications. Location: Philadelphia, PA (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance work involving plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical repairs
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to talk and hear clearly in a work environment
