Job Summary
Perform assigned maintenance duties and routine preventive maintenance, identifying deficiencies and following procedures to correct problems. Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition while assisting with refurbishment projects, repairs, and drywall installation. Operate hand or power tools, company vehicles, and snow blowers to complete work within scheduled timeframes and budgets. Pick up and deliver supplies as needed. Requires a high school diploma, one year of building maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one-year experience working in building maintenance or construction
- Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment
- A state issued driver's license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates
