Job Summary
Provide residents and staff with timely responses to service requests while ensuring all equipment and systems function properly and safely. Maintain an effective preventative maintenance program and stock repair parts for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems based on usage patterns. Adjust computerized controls for HVAC and other equipment as necessary, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Associates Degree or equivalent in relevant education, training and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Maintenance supervisor experience (preferred)
