Job Summary
Complete make ready maintenance and assigned work orders to bring units to market-ready condition per Peak Living standards. Assist with building and common area maintenance while maintaining property equipment through the preventative maintenance program. Ensure all tasks comply with company standards under the direction of the Service Manager. Typical hours vary based on community needs and may include weekends and after-hours emergency services. EPA and CPO certification is preferred. Peak Living is a fast-growing property management company with communities across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment
- Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for after hour emergency services
Desired Qualifications
- EPA and CPO certification
