Maintenance Technician - Level III - Abradable - 2nd shift

Champion a culture of safety by proactively identifying hazards, following HSE standards, and using proper PPE to ensure safety is everyone's responsibility. Drive equipment reliability and uptime through preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities that reduce downtime. Deliver high-quality workmanship by applying technical skills, following specifications, and performing thorough inspections. Improve maintenance effectiveness by providing feedback to the Preventive Maintenance system and contributing to failure analysis efforts. Support production goals by executing maintenance activities efficiently and maintaining equipment readiness. Develop team capability by sharing knowledge, coaching less experienced members, and serving as a trusted resource. Drive continuous improvement by partnering with peers to identify constraints, solve problems, and implement process improvements. Strengthen collaboration and TPM initiatives by communicating across teams and participating in Total Productive Maintenance activities.
