Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment using hand tools and diagnostic techniques. Inspect machinery to identify potential mechanical issues before they impact production, then document all activities and communicate status to team members. Follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality requirements while collaborating with engineers and operations personnel to support manufacturing goals. Learn advanced troubleshooting skills through on-the-job training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety and efficiency. This role requires a 12-hour compressed work week with rotating days and nights, a starting pay of $23.00 hourly plus overtime and shift premiums, and a sign-on bonus. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Industrial or manufacturing maintenance, Automotive repair or service, HVAC, Facilities maintenance, Equipment installation, Vehicle Maintenance, Military technical occupations, Mechanical or electrical maintenance roles
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools, power tools, or maintenance equipment
- Ability to follow procedures, work safely, and maintain a strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable wearing a full cleanroom suit and other required PPE
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, O-1, etc)
- Must be able to walk up to 5+miles per day
- Must be able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time
- Must be able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces
- Must be able to work at heights, on a ladder
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work rotating days or nights
- Must be able to work 12-hour Compressed Work Week
- Must be able to work 4 Days on 3 Days Off schedule
