Maintenance Technician - (Lease Up) The Terrace Townhomes

Complete assigned work orders from resident requests by diagnosing defects and making repairs per safety standards and code requirements. Execute the make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections, punch list creation, vendor scheduling, and final work verification. Manage maintenance inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re-order needs. Document all service requests accurately and assist with grounds maintenance, such as trash removal, pressure washing, and painting. Comply with safety policies through routine training and incident reporting, and periodically inspect contractor work to ensure quality standards. Perform general cleaning and minor repairs to maintain property appearance and functionality.
