Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role at Greystar Lease Up sites performing technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards. Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, executing the make-ready process for vacant homes, tracking materials and inventory, documenting service requests, assisting with grounds upkeep, pressure-washing and painting, and coordinating with vendors/contractors while adhering to safety policies and OSHA requirements. Must hold EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications (and any state/local certifications) and a valid driver’s license; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (as applicable)
- All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
