Job Summary
Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Leads and coaches maintenance team members; troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains CNC machines, fabrication equipment, and facility systems; develops and implements preventive and predictive maintenance programs; coordinates maintenance schedules to minimize downtime; ensures safety compliance; partners with production and engineering to improve equipment performance; maintains accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with CNC and metal fabrication equipment highly preferred
- Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues and drive solutions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
