Job Summary
Oversee maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses ranging from 50 to 1,000+ tons, troubleshooting PLCs, robotics, sensors, motor drives, and automation systems to ensure proper plant facility equipment function. Drive Total Productive Maintenance and preventive/predictive maintenance programs to reduce unscheduled downtime while tracking maintenance KPIs. Enforce strict compliance with OSHA standards, Lockout/Tagout, arc flash, confined space, and machine guarding regulations. Requires 5+ years of maintenance experience in stamping manufacturing with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. 1st shift position in Twinsburg, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a stamping manufacturing environment
- Previous 5 year+ experience in metal stamping, heavy press operations, or tool & die manufacturing
- Strong mechanical aptitudes: press drive trains, clutches, brakes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication systems
- Solid electrical troubleshooting skills: 480V 3-phase power, control circuits, PLCs
- Experience reading mechanical blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and electrical single-line diagrams
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology
