Job Summary
Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include leading and coaching maintenance team members, troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines and fabrication equipment, developing and implementing preventive/predictive maintenance programs, coordinating maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, ensuring compliance with safety standards, collaborating with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with CNC and metal fabrication equipment highly preferred
- Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues and drive solutions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
