Maintenance Technician Lead

Job Summary
Lead maintenance technician, responsible for complex maintenance repairs/work orders, preventive maintenance of equipment, advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, boiler maintenance, and documenting daily wastewater tests and cleaning schedules. Will train lower-level maintenance techs, ensure safety and GMP compliance, provide excellent internal customer service, and contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. On-site role located in Aurora, MO; requires experience in food-grade manufacturing and leadership of maintenance teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a food-grade manufacturing environment with prior leadership experience overseeing direct reports or equivalent team lead responsibilities
