Maintenance Technician Lead

Job Summary
Lead maintenance technician responsible for completing complex repairs, preventative maintenance, and advanced mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. Tasks include boiler maintenance, high-speed seal setup, sanitation and critical control point cleaning, wastewater testing, and documenting work on the master cleaning schedule. Role requires training and supervising lower-level maintenance techs, ensuring safety compliance (LOTO, fall protection, PPE, confined spaces), and adherence to GMPs and NFPA 70e. Strong emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, and cost with experience using basic MS Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a food-grade manufacturing environment with prior leadership experience overseeing direct reports or equivalent team lead responsibilities.
