Job Summary
Lead daily maintenance operations for multi-unit residential properties, supervising a team of technicians to repair and maintain machinery, HVAC systems, boilers, and electrical circuits. Oversee comprehensive property preservation by managing carpentry, plumbing, painting, and routine turnover duties for vacant units. Diagnose mechanical issues, disassemble units, and replace parts while ensuring efficient project execution and operational functions. Requires a high school diploma, 3-4 years of commercial or multi-unit residential experience, and proficiency in English communication. Commensurate with experience ($23.60 - $33.05 hourly) with full benefits, PTO, and 401(k) match.
