Maintenance Technician - Las Palmas

Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and executing repairs per safety standards. Execute the "make-ready" process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, vendor scheduling, and final work verification. Manage maintenance inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors for re-orders. Document all service requests accurately and maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities through trash removal, pressure washing, and general cleaning. Comply with safety policies by attending training, reporting incidents, and inspecting contractor work to ensure quality standards.
