Job Summary
Respond to repair requests for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance installations while maintaining OSHA compliance and safety standards. Complete all service requests, including grounds and landscaping duties, within 24 hours alongside the maintenance team. Perform routine preventative maintenance, ensure premises safety and curb appeal, and manage snow/ice removal. Work any day of the week, 52 weeks a year, with on-call availability after hours and overtime as needed. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs, drive to sites, and work in a busy commercial environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to lift over 50 lbs. consistently throughout an 8-12 hour workday
- Must be able to read, write, and perform basic mathematics without assistance
- Ability to travel to additional safety or instructional courses off the premises
- Remain on call after hours if necessary
- Ability to work any day of the week, 52 weeks a year, overtime if necessary
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to drive to sites or meetings with staff, clients, and vendors
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
