Job Summary
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; perform regular and emergency repairs; conduct routine inspections of member areas and back-of-house spaces; keep accurate maintenance records and update schedules; manage supplies and equipment inventories; identify energy-efficiency opportunities and report to management; follow safety protocols and coordinate with supervision and external services; attend training to stay current on equipment and practices; perform casual labor as directed; inspect and report on cleanliness and condition of hallways, lobbies, recreational rooms, restrooms, and other areas; write daily activity reports and irregularities for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required, meeting the job functions.
- Must have the ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
