Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance replacement and repair for lighting and building areas while inspecting common spaces to ensure clean, aesthetically appealing conditions. Diagnose and complete basic property repairs, including walking the complex to inspect walkways, and report leaks, broken equipment, or rule violations to the Property Manager via work orders. Respond to emergency maintenance requests, coordinate with fire rescue or police services as needed, and document daily activities, irregularities, and safety incidents in writing. Utilize all equipment and tools following safety procedures, with a requirement for frequent outdoor exposure and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
