Maintenance Technician - Kurve

Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work to maintain the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Responsibilities include completing resident work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing defects, performing make-ready tasks for vacant units, managing inventory and materials, documenting work and keeping records, assisting with groundskeeping and cleaning, and supporting cost-containment efforts. Requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience in property management (high-rise), proficiency with Onesite and Happy Property, on-call and weekend availability, EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal), and a valid driver’s license for on-property operations. The role is based in Los Angeles, CA with on-site work expected, and offers a pay range of $22.00-$24.00 per hour, plus benefits.
