Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role performing preventive maintenance and repairs in company-owned oil change facilities, including building systems, tire rotation lifts, pneumatic pumps, air compressors, portable equipment (transmission flush, coolant, A/C machines), carpentry, plumbing, and painting. Responsibilities include work order retrieval and documentation via CMMS, following pre-established guidelines, completing break/fix tasks within service levels, supporting special projects, assisting other technicians, and managing inventory and materials in the maintenance vehicle and warehouse. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in maintenance/facilities or related field
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
