Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician / Houseman to join our hotel team. Responsibilities include performing basic hotel maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, repairs), fixing minor issues in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, assisting housekeeping with room-cleaning projects when needed, maintaining cleanliness in common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, parking areas), moving furniture, supplies, and equipment, responding quickly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and hotel policies, reporting major issues to management, and supporting a safe, well-maintained environment that contributes to smooth daily operations. The role requires basic knowledge of maintenance tasks, physical ability to lift heavy objects, good teamwork and communication, and flexibility with a schedule including weekends and holidays.
