Required Qualifications
- HVAC certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades
- Availability for emergency situations including on-call rotation
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair (beginner to intermediate)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Physical ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently and 10-20 pounds constantly
- Reliable transportation to respond to on-call emergencies
- On-site/resident-facing service orientation
