Job Summary
Provide maintenance and custodial functions for grounds and facilities, including cleaning restrooms, setup for events, and routine care of vehicles. Responsibilities include minor repairs in plumbing and carpentry, landscaping tasks such as mowing and weed-eating, and delivering supplies as needed. Requires previous maintenance and landscape experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and valid drivers’ license. Ability to operate maintenance equipment is essential.
