Job Summary
Maintenance/HVAC Technician responsible for servicing residents’ homes with expert troubleshooting and repair of appliances, HVAC equipment, electrical and plumbing. Responsibilities include completing maintenance requests, performing turn-overs for vacant units, and being on-call for emergency maintenance. Will maintain a clean, organized service van and inventory tools/parts while upholding safety protocols. The role requires strong customer-service orientation and the ability to work independently in occupied properties, with a typical schedule of Mon–Thu 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM in Lancaster, PA, with a competitive compensation and benefits package including 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and tuition reimbursement; opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- HVAC Certifications (Preferred)
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Maintenance
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Appliance Repair
- 2 to 5 years’ HVAC Service & Installation (Preferred)
- EPA 608 certification (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Exceptional technical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Commitment to professional growth
