Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems across 290 residential units in NW DC. Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspect daily for safety hazards, and repair defective equipment parts using hand and power tools. Execute grounds keeping services including landscaping and snow removal, while refurbishing vacancies and handling resident service requests within prescribed timeframes. Coordinate subcontractor work, maintain organized storage areas, and run work-related errands. Perform on-call duties after hours on a rotational basis. Requires high school diploma, two to four years experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
