Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will support overall plant operations, assist with maintenance for capital projects, and perform preventative maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities also include equipment calibration, maintaining shop organization, and using predictive maintenance tools. Applicants should have at least 2 years of industrial electromechanical experience and be comfortable with various maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years industrial electromechanical experience or education
- Valid driver’s license
- Beginner skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Comfortable working in a cold warehouse and around machinery
- Strong teamwork and willingness to help others
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts
- Knowledge of production agriculture and related machinery
- Basic understanding of building electrical systems
Desired Qualifications
- Welding or millwright experience
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Basic process control knowledge
- Experience using CMMS/SAP for work orders or inventory
