Maintenance Technician - Katy area

Diagnose defects and complete repairs on buildings, grounds, and amenities per resident requests and preventative maintenance schedules. Execute the make-ready process for vacant units by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and performing necessary maintenance tasks. Manage inventory by tracking supplies, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re-order needs. Document all service requests accurately and assist in maintaining common areas through cleaning, pressure-washing, and painting. Comply with safety policies by attending training, reporting incidents, and inspecting contractor work. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel to other properties.
