MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary
In this role you will maintain the property's physical health and safety, handle day-to-day repairs, prepare units for new residents, support a clean, well-kept community, and complete work orders. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances; preparing vacant units for new move-ins; grounds maintenance including snow removal and landscaping; handling service requests efficiently; participating in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance; and supporting the property team to create a great living experience for residents.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (certifications like HVAC/EPA are a plus)
- A valid driver’s license and insurance
- At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or related fields
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair
