Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Kaftan Communities responsible for maintaining the property’s physical health and safety. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and more; prepare vacant units for new move-ins to meet high standards; keep grounds clean, safe, and inviting including snow removal and landscaping; handle service requests efficiently; participate in on-call rotation to respond to emergencies; support the property team in creating a great living experience for residents.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or related fields.
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (certifications like HVAC/EPA are a plus).
- A valid driver’s license and insurance.
