Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Kaftan Communities focused on keeping properties in good repair and welcoming for residents. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances; preparing vacant units for new move-ins to meet high standards; keeping grounds clean and safe (including snow removal and landscaping); handling service requests efficiently; participating in on-call rotations for emergency maintenance; and supporting the property team to deliver a great living experience. Requires hands-on maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (HVAC/EPA certifications are a plus), a valid driver’s license and insurance, and the ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs. Strong problem-solving mindset and safety commitment are valued.
