Job Summary
Residential Maintenance Technician responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep a multifamily property operating and presentable. Responsibilities include addressing work orders, light carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and HVAC; engage with residents to ensure safety and satisfaction; maintain safety-priority approach; occasional on-call hours; requires own tool kit and valid driver’s license; may use company-owned or personal vehicle for site visits. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in property management or hospitality
