Job Summary
Senior Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; perform electrical troubleshooting on motors, controls, sensors, and VFDs; respond to equipment breakdowns and restore production quickly and safely; conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime; read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; support equipment installations, upgrades, and line improvements; maintain accurate maintenance records and PM documentation; follow lockout/tagout and electrical safety standards; coordinate with production, engineering, and outside contractors; requires high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience; strong problem-solving and communication skills; experience with PLCs, HMIs, and automation systems; preferred: CNC machining centers, laser and water jet cutting equipment, CMMS (Eptura CMMS).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (motors, controls, relays, sensors)
- Experience with mechanical systems (bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, presses, pumps)
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and automation systems is a plus
