Job Summary

Diagnose and repair production equipment while performing scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure efficient plant operations. Troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical drawings, focusing on pneumatics, electrical, hydraulic, and air compressor systems. Document all maintenance actions and repairs, then implement ideas for process improvements, safety, and waste management. May assist with assembly, operating equipment, machining, and welding as needed. Promote company safety policies and quality standards among team members while wearing multiple hats with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • associate/technical degree in a maintenance technology, a related certification, or equivalent
  • 2 years of production maintenance experience
  • High mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics
  • Experience with pneumatics, electrical, hydraulic, and/or air compressor systems
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office
  • Ability to perform diverse tasks while requiring minimal supervision
  • Ability to attain forklift driving certification
