Maintenance Technician

Oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, carpentry, painting, and other building components. Evaluate facilities to determine necessary repairs, assess systems to plan work assignments and schedules, and ensure all tasks are completed correctly and on time. Schedule daily tasks for efficient workflow, maintain property grounds, and conduct regular inspections of dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, storage rooms, and outdoor spaces. Prioritize repair tasks to minimize disruption to restaurant operations while managing air conditioner repairs, gas gauge readings, and beach equipment storage. Collaborate with kitchen staff on outdoor events and seasonal decorations, working with management on special projects for outdoor space enhancements. Maintain lawns, gardens, walkways, and outdoor dining areas.
