Job Summary
Assist the engineering team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment, performing general tasks including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting. Complete assigned work orders in CMMS while maintaining tools, parts, and supplies in clean and safe conditions. Work under the direction of Operating Engineers and Chief Engineers, participating in technical, safety, and operational training programs. Support on-call or emergency response situations as assigned. On-site presence required in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive
- Strong customer service skills
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
