Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Assist the engineering team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment, performing general tasks including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting. Complete assigned work orders in CMMS while maintaining tools, parts, and supplies in clean, safe conditions. Support on-call or emergency response situations and participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training. This entry-level role requires on-site presence in Miami, FL, with a schedule of 10am-6:30pm Monday through Friday, plus weekends and rotating on-call time. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive
- Strong customer service skills
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- On-site presence required
