Maintenance Technician

Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems to keep facilities operating efficiently. Complete daily work orders and service requests promptly, ensuring accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and materials used. Conduct routine facility inspections to identify potential issues, maintain lighting systems, and perform preventive maintenance on building equipment. Handle facility support tasks such as rekeying doors, cutting keys, and moving office furniture or equipment as needed. Respond to building emergencies and urgent maintenance situations while strictly adhering to safety protocols and compliance requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following established safety rules and proper tool/equipment handling procedures. Support on-call shifts, overtime, and emergency response duties as required to ensure continuous facility operations. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM in an on-site role in Portsmouth, NH.
