Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and fully operational facilities, with a focus on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Conduct preventative maintenance to identify potential issues before they escalate, while handling installations and repairs for pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems. Troubleshoot general building upkeep tasks including carpentry, drywall repair, and painting. Utilize the ticketing system to track, prioritize, and document maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors for specialized repairs and maintaining detailed records of completed tasks and materials used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Travel between multiple locations using a company-provided vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Plumbing experience (installation, repair, maintenance)
- Hands-on problem solver with strong technical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- At least 21 years old
- Pass a standard background check
- Undergo a fingerprint background check
