Conduct daily maintenance on multifamily properties, performing tasks in plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, and minor carpentry. Maintain professional appearance and demonstrate great customer service skills while troubleshooting issues. Requires a driver's license, car, and EPA certification; CPO and heat pump experience preferred.
