Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and manufacturing equipment while diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems by reading schematics and interpreting technical manuals. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects to support maintenance efforts and minimize production downtime. Work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a schedule of 6AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday, with overtime available on Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- CNC machinery, stamping presses, industrial furnaces, grinding equipment
- Hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems
- Electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
- Electrician background, welding, or fabrication experience
