Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for the maintenance of the physical plant, exterior, and interior common areas, and individual resident units in a senior living community, in accordance with the company’s mission and values. Responsibilities include basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge; assist with apartment turnovers (painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing); maintain grounds including pool and spa; ensure a safe and secure environment; encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and departments. Requires at least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to operate MS Office; must pass background and health screenings; vaccine/health-related requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB)
- Ability to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Written and verbal communication with staff, residents, families

- Six months of experience in maintenance/building industry or housekeeping
- Ability to operate MS Office (Word, Excel)
