Job Summary
Maintenance Technician position in Hoboken, NJ responsible for repairs across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems in common areas and apartments. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, routine inspections, basic repairs (locks, wall gaps), appliance installation, equipment inspection/troubleshooting (ventilation, safety systems like fire alarms), collaboration on renovations, assisting with building systems (plumbing, kitchen, roofs, drains, HVAC), tool/maintenance proficiency, responding to resident requests, carpentry and snow removal support, and adherence to codes, regulations, and company directives plus maintaining the uniform dress code. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus) and 1-3 years of related experience; US work authorization is required. Rate range is $25.00-$28.00/hour (full-time).
Required Qualifications
