Job Summary
Perform repairs to rental properties during occupancy and turnovers, while executing routine preventative maintenance and general upkeep to ensure amenities meet resident standards. Respond to emergency calls and complete all approved maintenance work orders, taking initiative to remove identified hazards. Apply knowledge of residential building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and heating, and perform basic appliance repairs as needed. Maintain safety compliance and utilize personal tools for on-site tasks at 81-99 North Murray Street, Trenton, with potential travel to other locations. Participate in after-hours rotational response teams when required.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge and professional experience in a wide variety of residential maintenance and light renovation tasks
- General understanding of residential building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must have valid, class G driver's license
- access to personal vehicle
