Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems by reading work orders, dismantling machinery, and replacing parts to ensure optimal equipment performance. Inspect, test, and lubricate components while maintaining accurate repair records and facilities across warehouses, production areas, and offices. Safely operate tools and machinery, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in confined spaces, while adhering to OSHA standards and company safety procedures. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to read and interpret work orders
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, switches, AC/DC drive controls, motor controls, and PLC systems
- Proficient in the use of hand tools
- Ability to perform basic welding tasks
- Ability to meet or exceed productivity standards safely and efficiently
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and working independently or as part of a team
- Ability to maintain communication across departments regarding safety, routing, and operations
- Demonstrates intermediate math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five (5) years of experience in a role demonstrating strong mechanical and industrial maintenance skills
